Brian de Staic 30 Day Return Policy

While we do not offer refunds, goods can be exchanged within 30 days of the date of purchase if accompanied by proof of purchase and provided they are unused and in perfect condition. In the interest of hygiene, we regret to inform you that pierced earrings can not be accepted for exchange in any circumstances.

Brian de Staic Jewellers exchange policy does not affect your statutory rights in any way.

In the unlikely event of a jewellery product arriving in a defective or damaged condition, you can return the item for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

Once you return the item to Brian de Staic Jewellers, your refund or replacement product will be dispatched as soon as possible. If a replacement is not immediately available from the stock, Brian de Staic Jewellers will make one available in the shortest possible time.

Items showing signs of wear, or those that have been engraved, altered, or resized by a jeweller other than Brian de Staic Jewellers cannot be accepted for return.

Returns made in packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: Our 30 day return policy excludes the return of rings or any other custom sized, engraved or customized products that are in perfect condition.

To Return a Jewellery Item, Follow Our Three Step Process:

1.) Inform Brian de Staic Jewellers. Email us HERE and inform us of the imminent return of the product. In the event of a replacement not being immediately available, this will speed up the process.

2.) Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. For security reasons, do not write Jewellers anywhere on the outside of the box. Please address the package to Brian de Staic, Green Street, Dingle, Co. Kerry, Ireland.

3.) Insure Your Package. If the price of the item you’re returning is listed as:

Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.

More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™ insured for the total value of the contents and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.

PLEASE NOTE: FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500

PLEASE NOTE: When describing the item please mark that you are returning it to the sender to avoid paying custom duties, which have already been paid

BRIAN DE STAIC JEWELLERS WILL REPLACE OR REFUND THE FULL ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE INCLUDING ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS, IF THE RETURN IS AS A RESULT OF A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
